This page explains what we collect when you request placement on the Allocation List, and how it is handled. We keep this simple, because we collect very little.

What We Collect

When you request placement, we collect your email address and the buyer types you select — wholesale buyer, wedding and event florist, or private client. Selecting a buyer type is optional. We do not ask for your name, address, or payment details, and the site has no accounts to create.

How We Use It

We use your email to confirm your place on the Allocation List, to share occasional grow-along notes from the field, and to reach you about allocation as the first harvest approaches. The buyer types help us understand the list. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who Processes It

Your contact details are stored and delivered through Resend, our email provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and sets no cookies and no cross-site trackers. That means no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Leaving the List

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may leave the list at any time. To have your information removed entirely, write to hello@capaypeony.com and we will take care of it.
